DISPATCH TIME FRAME

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.

Orders placed over weekends or Canadian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
DELIVERY

Most orders are authorized to leave without signature.

If you are not home, the carrier will leave your package in a safe place and capture a photo as proof.

Track your package using the tracking link provided in your email.
PRE ORDERS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives.

To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Check your tracking info first; most delays resolve within a few extra days.

If your package is lost, contact our customer service. Verified lost orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short video or photo showing the issue.
✔ A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
✔ Once the return is received and reviewed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Exchanges are available, allowing you to exchange your size and receive your new item.

For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label.

A handling fee will be deducted to cover the cost of return shipping and shipping out your exchange.

Approved returns will receive store credit in CAD, excluding original shipping fees.
Please note:
Accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
