DELIVERY

Most orders require a signature upon delivery to help ensure your package is delivered securely and safely and to reduce the risk of loss or damage.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions and information about the nearest pickup location where you can safely collect your package.

Prefer to pay when you collect your order? We offer Pay on Pickup for all pickup orders.

Simply choose Pay Cash for Pickup Orders at checkout and pay in cash when you arrive to collect your order.

Please note: Pay on Pickup is available for local pickup orders only and is not available for shipped orders.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Check your tracking info first; most delays resolve within a few extra days.
If your package is lost, contact our customer service. Verified lost orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - FULL REFUND

We take great care to ensure every item from our collections arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to provide a full refund.

Please include a description of the fault and upload clear photos or a video for review. Our customer service team will assess the issue, and if approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. If the fault becomes noticeable after the item has been worn, please include this detail when describing the issue.

Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse, faulty-item refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Exchanges are available, allowing you to exchange your size and receive your new item.
For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label.
In Canada: Approved returns/exchanges will receive store credit. Original shipping fees and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the store credit amount.
For Countries (with taxes and duties included): Approved returns/exchanges are eligible for store credit only. Original shipping fees, prepaid duties, and taxes will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Other Countries (without taxes and duties included): Approved returns/exchanges will receive store credit only. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit amount.

RETURN TO SENDER

Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or outdated shipping address will receive an automatic store credit for the value of the items purchased, less all non-refundable costs incurred, including but not limited to original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties and taxes (for orders outside Canada), brokerage fees, and any other carrier-imposed fees. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit, which may be used toward a new order.

Accessories and items marked SALE are not eligible for return unless faulty.
