DISPATCH TIME FRAME
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed over weekends or Canadian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

DELIVERY
  • Most orders are authorized to leave without signature.

  • If you are not home, the carrier will leave your package in a safe place and capture a photo as proof.

  • Track your package using the tracking link provided in your email.

PRE ORDERS
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
  • Check your tracking info first; most delays resolve within a few extra days.

  • If your package is lost, contact our customer service. Verified lost orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short video or photo showing the issue.

    ✔ A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
    ✔ Once the return is received and reviewed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are available, allowing you to exchange your size and receive your new item.

  • For all returns and exchanges, we will provide a return shipping label.

  • A handling fee will be deducted to cover the cost of return shipping and shipping out your exchange.

  • Approved returns will receive store credit in CAD, excluding original shipping fees.

Please note:
Accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
